Nominate Outstanding Alumni
for Miner Alumni Association Awards

Do you know graduates of MSM, UMR or S&T who should be recognized for their success? If so, please nominate them using the form below, or simply download the form and send it to us. (Yes, you may nominate a graduate for more than one award, so please list all that apply.)

The deadline for submission of award nominations is Dec. 31 for the upcoming Homecoming Awards.

1. ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
In recognition of outstanding personal achievements by alumni in the fields of academia, business, professions, or civic endeavors.

2. ROBERT V. WOLF ALUMNI SERVICE AWARD
In recognition of dedicated service by alumni to the university and the Alumni Association.

3. ALUMNI MERIT AWARD
The Alumni Merit Award is presented to faculty, friends of the campus, or alumni for outstanding achievement or service to the campus or the Miner Alumni Association.

4. DISTINGUISHED YOUNG ALUMNI AWARD
The Distinguished Young Alumni Award is granted to university graduates of 40 years of age or younger at the time the nomination is made. The standards for selection are:
     a. High level of achievement early in one's chosen career or profession.
     b. Demonstrated leadership ability.
     c. Substantial indications of a commitment to the service of others.

5. HONORARY LIFE MEMBER IN THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
May be given to friends in appreciation of important service to the campus and the Miner Alumni Association. The recipient will receive all membership privileges. (Alumni are automatically life members in the Miner Alumni Association.)

6. PRESIDENTIAL CITATION AWARD
The University of Missouri System Presidential Citation for Alumni Service is based on service and is given each year to an individual from each of the four campuses and University Outreach and Extension, and to one recipient selected for his or her service to the University of Missouri System. The recipient must be a Missouri resident and must be a member of his or her campus alumni organization. (All Miner alumni are automatically members of the Miner Alumni Association.) The Alumni Alliance Awards Committee considers the nominees on the basis of their service to their campus programs. This award will be presented at the Alliance's awards banquet.

7. ADDITIONAL AWARDS
Alumni are eligible for additional awards through Missouri University of Science and Technology. You may view these options on the left side of the page at http://alumni.mst.edu/

Note: Current alumni board members and former award recipients are not eligible to receive awards. (Please see list of past recipients.) The Distinguished Young Alumnni awardees are eligible to receive one of the other awards in future years, but all other recipients may receive no more than one award from the Alumni Association.
